Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for services provided by TomEReade Voiceworks, including vocal coaching sessions, workshops, courses, and related services.

Because coaching time and studio bookings are reserved in advance, refunds are limited as described below.

Private Coaching Sessions

Private coaching sessions are generally non-refundable once booked.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A session is cancelled by TomEReade Voiceworks, or

  • There is a technical or scheduling issue on our side that prevents the session from taking place.

If a client cancels:

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: the session may be rescheduled.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: the session fee is non-refundable.

Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are not refundable.

Workshops and Group Sessions

Workshop and course bookings are non-refundable, as spaces are limited.

If TomEReade Voiceworks cancels an event:

  • A full refund will be issued, or

  • A transfer to a future event will be offered.

Online Sessions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Internet connectivity issues on the client’s side

  • Equipment problems on the client’s side

  • Late arrival to sessions

If a session cannot proceed due to a technical issue on our side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations (such as serious illness or emergencies), refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
