If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. This website is operated by TomEReade Voiceworks, a self-employed vocal coaching business based in the United Kingdom.

2. Services

We provide services including, but not limited to: Vocal coaching (in-person and online)Vocal health education, Performance coaching, Workshops and courses, Vocal massage and Educational content via this website. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.

3. Booking and Payment

Lessons, workshops, and other services must be booked in advance. Payment terms: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Session fees are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellation Policy

For private coaching sessions: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. For workshops or courses: Fees may be non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary.

5. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Vocal coaching and vocal massage are educational and supportive practices, not medical treatment. Clients agree that: They are responsible for their own physical and vocal health. They will seek appropriate medical advice where necessary. They will inform us of any injuries, diagnoses, or relevant conditions. We do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment.6. Online Sessions For online coaching: A stable internet connection is the client’s responsibility. We are not liable for technical disruptions outside our control. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including: Text Teaching materials Branding Logos Downloads Videos is the property of TomEReade Voiceworks unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to: Use this website unlawfully Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website Copy or misuse website content We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, TomEReade Voiceworks is not liable for: Indirect or consequential loss Loss of income or opportunity Technical issues outside our control Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence causing injury or for fraud.
